My philosophy surprises many people, but I firmly believe that psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and other forms of treatment are a means to an end. From my offices in New York City and Westchester County, New York, I run a practice primarily focused on holistic methods with the incorporation of traditional treatments as needed.
